Dr. Dirk Freihube advises national and international corporations and groups of companies on all matters of individual and collective labor law. He represents his clients in all instances including regularly before the Federal Labour Court. He has special expertise in company restructurings, especially in the area of aviation, automotive and finance. He also represents companies at conciliation boards as well as in matters of works constitution and collective bargaining agreement related classification disputes. With respect to planning and implementing daily HR processes, he is also available as a permanent contact partner for mid-sized companies. Other main areas of his work are top management separation processes and the representation of supervisory boards, shareholders, management boards, executives and other managers.
He regularly gives talks and holds seminars and is the author of several labor law related publications.
